...Even as a kid growing up in an Air Force family, I loved to draw. My brother, Chuck, actually got me started when
he was doodling cartoons. I thought it was cool, so I tried my luck. All the Disney 'toons' of the day. Then as I got
older, I was introduced to india ink and rapidograph pens. I thought the contrast was very interesting and so started
doing pen and ink drawings. Then onto pointillism, which is very time consuming to do. I love the work of MC Escher as
you will see. The outline of one item becomes the outline of another and so on...very cool! And that leads me to today
and the following is a collection of some of my drawings. They are available here as limited edition prints, each signed
and dated by myself.
...Quite a few of my earlier pieces have been lost, due to moving a few times and losing contact with those I had given
or sold the art to. I am in the process of trying to find these pieces...they will be posted here as I recover them(if I
do).
...My newest endeavor has been the discovery of Petroglyphs here in Utah. I am intrigued by them and wonder if they
aren't that eras spray painted boxcars or what. VERY interesting to say the least. So I have been experimenting with
the computer and photos to bring you some very original pieces. Individual petroglyphs or sets of 2, 4, 5, 8...They are
unique! I am amazed and in awe of those that created the actual works. Check them out in the following pages.
...As you negotiate thru my website, you'll see that my interests are varied. I love to Mtn bike, snowboard, ski,
draw, camp, turn wood and play music. I now reside in Utah which in my opinion is heaven for the things I like to do. A
very amazing place on this planet. Life is GOOD!!! Hope you enjoy...thanx for looking... Kmon

A Little about myself and my artwork:
