A few of my circle of friends that come
highly recommended!!
We need to all look at how we live and impact this planet. I and my fellow mtn
bikers, love the outdoors...that's why we ride ... the solitude, the challenge, the
smells, the scenery, the wildlife. We, too, have a responsibility to be a steward to
what we use and enjoy. Nothing is for free ... freedom, as we know it, surely
isn't. We cannot just take and take, we must be the good keepers and help
maintain this diversity we share. Our mindset needs to change ... to be more
responsible and thoughtful in our day to day living and working.

With that said ... we can all do little things ... things that don't really
inconvenience us, but can help tremendously in lowering our impact on this planet and
become the 'intelligent' species, not just the rapers of this planet.

We recommend that you check this site out and check out how you can learn to
become better stewards. If you live on this green Earth, then step up to the
plate... as Bill Murray says in 'What About Bob' : "Little Tiny Baby Steps."

Dan Weldon ...
Bluesman, solo guitarist, Acoustic guitarist and good
friend. Dan plays on and off for a bunch of
different groups in the Ogden, Utah area, but his
forte' lies in his abilities as a rippin'
guitarman...from covers, blues to my fave, his
original acoustic stuff. A gem in the rough and proud
of it!! Be sure to chk Dannyboy out...>>>>>>>>
Richard 'BoJet' Crampton ...
Now Richard is a unique one... he's not very public at all, loves to play guitar for people
who'll listen, voices his anti-establishmentism (is that a word?) in his own original style,
with that golden baritone voice and does not like the attention that this brings. Lives on a
big pond in backcountry Maine and is a master at communicating with kids. He is after all
a principle for a small school for troubled kids. But Richard also is who taught me about
open tunings and alternate finger styles. He is a very private person but does have a
myspace page with a few of his tunes. No pics, no friends, no info...just the tunes...So give
Richard a listen...esp. to the song 'BoJet The Worm'.

The didjeridoo is the unique and ancient instrument of the Australian aborigine.

Through its haunting, yet powerful, sounds, the didjeridu evokes reverence and oneness
with nature. The deep drone of the didjeridoo allows us to relax and to reconnect with
mother earth.

The spiritual and healing power of the didj has been used for thousands of years in
secret ceremonies of Australian aborigines.
The Sculpture at the left was carved by
Crampton and shows another side of his
talents besides music. He is a talented
woodcarver and sculps various carvings from
burls he finds in the Maine woods. This one
was a gift to me from Crampton. He has a
brother who is also an excellent woodworker.
This is the link to Richards' sculptures on his
brothers site. Check them out for unique art that is truely different:
http://jhcwoodandglass.com/sculpture.html and while your there check out the
rest of the site for Cramptons' brothers work...very nice!!
